~ Provided comprehensive organization development expertise in the creation of an organization of riders that promotes the responsible use of off-road motorcycle and all-terrain vehicles.

Client: Chugachmuit Native Association
~ Consulted on the development of the Council on Environmental Quality to focus on environmental conservations issues of the Prince William Sound and Cook Inlet areas of Alaska (Previous efforts had neglected to include all the key stakeholders).

Client: Association of Fundraising Professionals
~ Facilitated a national summit and strategic planning session of youth and adults from organizations throughout the United States to create vision and direction for the youth in philanthropy movement. Conducted an action research process with participants to identify common ground in advance of the on site conference.

Client: University of Alaska - Fairbanks
~ Consulted with key leadership on the development of a vision and change management process to more closely engage the Cooperative Extension Service with UAF.
~ Facilitated an organization assessment and planning process for the statewide youth development faculty to initiate strategic change.

Client: Equal Justice Works
~ Implemented team-building techniques to help the group understand personal and interpersonal styles and how this affects working relationships.

Client: 4-H Youth Development System - National Conversation on Youth Development in the 21st Century Project
~ Facilitated a national representative team for state land grant universities to create an initiative that engaged community members in over 1,700 local conversations, 47 state conversations and one national conversation with 1,200 participants
~ Consulted state leaders of the initiative nationwide
~ Designed the process for county conversations

~ Consulted state leadership and conducted organization assessment
~ Facilitated the Board's strategic planning session

Client: Louisiana State University's Cooperative Extension/4-H Youth Program
~ Designed and facilitated a three-day work session of university faculty and administrators to address organization culture issues and create the framework of a strategic plan.
~ Developed focused action plans to address concerns and opportunities raised in a federal program review

Client: University of Arizona, University of Wyoming, University of Nevada-Reno Cooperative Extension/4-H Youth Development Program
~ Conducted organization assessment, action research and strategic planning seminars

Client: USDA Forest Service - Region 5
~ Designed and implemented a public comment process for local forest areas as well as a one-day session for approximately 400 people

Client: U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management
~ Managed the strategic planning process for 200 national staff during a period of major organizational change in the Washington, D.C. area
~ Conducted Building Common Ground, a customized two-day course that trains key staff in the skills of convening and facilitating groups focused on contentious environmental issues

Client: Fight Crime-Invest in Kids
~ Helped bring disparate staff and volunteers together to create a clear, focused strategic plan that everyone could support and get excited about implementing for this fast-growing non-profit organization.

Client: 4-H Youth Development System
~ Provided process consultation and facilitated numerous national strategic initiative working groups, including groups focused on science, engineering and technology, healthy lifestyles, ATV safety and more.
~ Facilitated numerous curriculum and program design teams comprised of content specialists, interest group representatives, young people and participants from corporate donors.
